ICHOM Standard Sets Update

We want to support you in any way that we can and we welcome any feedback from you on how we can do this. ICHOM Initial Implementation Survey

ICHOM is currently seeking feedback from its service users about their use of ICHOM Standard Sets. Currently, we would like to capture a broad outlook on why people choose ICHOM Standard Sets, which they have downloaded and their current state of implementation into part of routine clinical care. So if you have implemented or attempted to implement ICHOM Standard Sets, we would like to hear from you so we can help improve this process. It should only take 10-15 minutes of your time and as a participant, you will be entered into a draw to win free tickets to ICHOM's Annual Conference in Barcelona.

Spotlight on Standard Sets:

We are delighted to announce that the Standard Set for Children & Young People With Depression & Anxiety (including OCD & PTSD) has now been launched.

This collaboration was made possible by the contributions of NHS England and NHS Improvement; the NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, Australia; Providence Health Care, USA; and Region Västra Götaland, Sweden.

Now that this recommendation is finalised, the real work can begin, ushering in a new season for value-based paediatric mental health care. For more information click here.

Overall Adult Health Standard Set:

We are delighted to inform you that the ICHOM Standard Set for Overall Adult Health has now been launched.

The launch of this standard set will show it is truly appropriate for primary and preventive care, thereby being applicable to the widest range of individuals of all the available sets. This marks an important step towards promoting data quality and availability and strengthening overall adult care.

This collaboration was facilitated by ICHOM and made possible by the generous contributions of NSW Agency for Clinical Innovation, Australia; NHS Wales; HCF Research Foundation, Australia; Providence Health Care, USA .

We have various organisations interested in creating new standard sets. These include: End of Life Care, CMV/Kidney Transplant, Obesity, Eating Disorders, Heart Valve, Multiple Myeloma, Sepsis, Sleep Apnea, Epilepsy, Head and Neck Oncology, Emergency Care, Pediatric Oncology, Multiple Sclerosis, Asthma and Sickle Cell.
